Finding the front desk is a challenge!!! The entrance is odd, and the parking process is bizarre. Charging per person, even for kids, feels like an unnecessary hassle!!! The hotel has a dark ambiance and needs updates!!!

The free happy hour was an unexpected bonus that added to the value of our stay. The location, being close to the airport, is very convenient, although it can be a bit isolated from other dining options. Improved signage for the hotel would enhance the arrival experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Atlas, valuing the cozy room and the attentive service that truly stood out when my wife had surgery. The friendly staff made our visit special, efficiently catering to our needs. Though the location inside a mall felt slightly limiting, the overall experience was commendable.

The room was spacious and clean, definitely had a fresh feel to it. The bed was comfy, perfect for resting before an early flight. Also, loved having a little sitting area for relaxing. The hotel seems newly renovated, which was nice. Not a bad spot overall.
